Since 1978, Fratelli Vitale has been engaged in the wholesale distribution of hardware, gardening products, household goods and DIY items.

The company boasts a logistics hub of over 50,000 m², enabling the management of 3,000 customers served within just a few hours from order placement. The cornerstones of the company are the wide product range and the constant availability of stock in the warehouse. A strong focus on product quality has led to the creation of four proprietary brands, well known on the market for their reliability and safety: Confine, Globex, Tata Linda and Utilia.

LOGISTICS

The warehouse, managed through innovative software, together with a large fleet of company-owned vehicles and partnerships with various national and international couriers, allows orders to be processed and fulfilled in a short time. In addition, maximum transparency on shipments is ensured thanks to the ability to track their status.

THE CATALOGUE

Every two years, the company publishes a general catalogue featuring products from the most important brands in the sector — a true “Hardware Encyclopedia” — with over 30,000 product codes divided into 14 product sectors. The catalogue represents a professional support tool for all customers, with more than one thousand pages. Alongside the general catalogue, there is also a catalogue entirely dedicated to the company’s proprietary brands, showcasing all products and describing their key features.

THE BRANDS

Utilia, Confine, Globex and Tata Linda are the four proprietary brands of Fratelli Vitale S.r.l.. Each brand focuses on a different product sector and represents years of careful work aimed at creating reliable products. Utilia, the first brand developed by Vitale, brings together hand tools, hardware, plumbing, gardening, safety equipment, small hardware items, pet products, paints and coatings, and workwear. Confine products are designed for outdoor care, including fencing, artificial hedges, shading nets, protective covers and synthetic grass. Tata Linda is the brand dedicated to household goods and outdoor furniture, offering everything needed for the kitchen and outdoor comfort. Globex includes electric, petrol-powered and gas-powered products for heating, as well as home accessories. Each item is easily traceable on the market thanks to identifying parameters that ensure greater safety for the end consumer.

ADVERTISING

There are numerous marketing activities designed to provide customers with informative materials, sales tools and attractive promotions. Thanks to the collaboration between the sales department and the graphic design department, seasonal catalogues, flyers, posters and leaflets are produced in line with seasonality and market trends. A strong focus on innovation has led the company to invest in digital solutions and support web marketing activities promoted through various social media channels. The company also boasts a conference room that can host up to 100 people, used for numerous training sessions and meetings with both the sales force and customers.
